Return Policy
NovaNutrients wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, contact Customer Care at admin@novanutrients.com.
For a full refund* (less shipping charges & 15% restocking fee), the product must be returned unopened and unused within 30 days from the date of purchase and may not exhibit any signs that it has been opened, used, expired, damaged, or unsaleable in any way or the return will not be accepted for a refund. Returns will not be accepted without proof of purchase.
Please note that all returns are carefully inspected by our QC/Return Coordinator before a refund is issued.
Original shipping or return shipping is not included in the refund.
Items received beyond the eligibility date of 30 days from the date of purchase will be discarded and a refund will not be issued.
Any returned item(s) rejected by our QC/Return Coordinator may be claimed by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact Customer Service by emailing info@novanutrients.com to arrange for returns. Returns will be processed in 7-10 business days.
Rejected returns are only held for 14 days. Items that are not requested to be returned to the Customer within 14 days will be discarded.
*Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment after 7-10 day processing time. Please note that credit to your original payment form is dependent upon your banking institution. Returns may be refused on an individual basis.
