How to Take Potential

Make a Vitamin Sandwich!

This is what we tell kids in school.  Potential is best taken with food, so imagine eating part of your meal, taking Potential, then finishing up the rest of the meal, "sandwiching" Potential in the middle.

With any supplement containing B vitamins, it is important to take it with some food to avoid queasiness.  So make sure that you or your child has eaten a little something when you take Potential.

Optimally, if you can take 1 tablet with breakfast and 1 tablet with lunch, you sustain the nutrition to your brain.  But we realize this is not always possible, so make sure that you give Potential with a nutritious meal.

Potential is scored so that it can easily be broken into halves and even quarters for younger children.

Potential Chewable Multivitamin is Scored

For kids who don't like to take chewables, add Potential to the blender for a fortified smoothie.  Some crafty parents have shared this trick!
